This Privacy Policy explains what information Deerha collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Deerha you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: your email address and display name when you create an account, or the basic profile (name, email) shared by Apple or Google if you sign in with them.

Subscription data you enter: the names, prices, billing cycles, categories, and renewal dates of the subscriptions you track. This is content you provide and is stored to power the app.

Family sharing: if you create or join a family plan, we store which accounts belong to the family and each member’s visibility setting so members can view shared subscriptions.

Purchase information: when you buy Deerha Premium, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google. We (through our provider RevenueCat) receive a receipt and entitlement status. We never receive or store your card or bank details.

Technical data: a push-notification token (if you enable reminders), app version, device platform, and language preference.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the app (store your subscriptions, calculate spending, send the reminders you request); to manage family plans; to process and restore Premium purchases; to secure accounts and prevent abuse; and to respond to your support requests. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Service Providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, under their own terms and privacy policies:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting of your account and subscription data.
• RevenueCat — manages and validates in-app purchase entitlements.
• Apple and Google — process payments, and deliver push notifications.
• Expo — delivers app updates.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days; signing back in within that window restores it. After deletion, your profile, subscriptions, and family membership are permanently removed, except where we are required to retain limited records by law.

5. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is protected by row-level security so you can only reach your own (and permitted family) data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Most of this is available directly in the app; for anything else, contact us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law.

7. Children

Deerha is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date, and where appropriate we will notify you in the app.
